Bottom line

As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a key supporting role for the Account Executive, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from the ground up. Your first objective will be to organize and optimize our Google Drive and Dropbox, build and maintain campaign schedules, keep to-dos and timelines updated, and communicate with clients to keep projects moving. Over time, you’ll grow into managing day-to-day campaign operations, helping improve internal processes, and strengthening client relationships.

This role focuses on developing actionable plans, timelines, agendas and ensuring the internal team remains aligned on next steps. The ideal candidate thrives on detail, structure, and follow-through, and is able to make quick, informed decisions even with limited information. They will live and breathe Basecamp, proactively monitoring projects, identifying what needs to be updated, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
